Georgia started off her career in dentistry working as a qualified chair side assistant, where she was passionate about providing, and teaching patients about, preventative oral health care. Wanting to expand her knowledge and skill set she went on to further study and graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy at the University of Adelaide. Georgia is dual qualified in dental hygiene and therapy and is passionate in advocating for good oral health care for the importance to an individual’s overall health and wellbeing.
Georgia is enthusiastic and enjoys working collaboratively amongst a team of individuals to provide a high standard of patient centred care. Importantly, she enjoys building patient rapport, particularly amongst young children, and ensuring the visit to the dentist is always a positive experience. Georgia is also passionate about improving individuals’ oral hygiene to assist with the prevention of gum and periodontal disease. Expanding her scope of practice, Georgia also has experience working in orthodontics.
In her spare time Georgia enjoys hiking, cooking/ baking, and spending time with family and friends.
