Dr Danny Tsimiklis completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Adelaide in 1995. He also holds a First Class Honours degree in Bachelor of Science in Dentistry. He subsequently completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry under the supervision of Adelaide’s most experienced specialists. This provided him with the skills and experience necessary to identify, diagnose and treat some of the most complex cases in dentistry.
He has worked in both city and country practices and has experience in both the private and public sector. He has been involved in teaching clinical dentistry and oral pathology to students at the University of Adelaide.
Dr Tsimiklis began working at St Agnes Dental in 1997 and enjoys all aspects of dentistry, particularly preventative care and being able to provide the best quality and latest dental treatment to suit each individuals needs.
He is a member of the Australian Dental Association, The Australian Endodontic Society, ITI – The International Team for Implantology and is a supporting Member of the Australian Dental Research Foundation. Dr Tsimiklis regularly attends dental meetings both nationally and internationally and has presented his own research to the IADR – International Association for Dental Research and at the Australian Dental Association Congress.
Dr Tsimiklis enjoys travelling, soccer, gardening and spending time with his wonderful wife and two children.
